Overview
AI Social Agent respects your right to delete personal data. This page explains how users and Facebook users can request deletion of data stored in our platform.

Option 1 — Delete your account (recommended)
If you have an active AI Social Agent login, you can delete your entire workspace:
- Sign in at https://ai-social-agent-client.vercel.app/vn/login
- Open My account in the sidebar (or go to https://ai-social-agent-client.vercel.app/vn/dashboard/customers)
- Scroll to the Delete account section
- Enter your password and confirm deletion
When you delete your account, we will:
- Remove your user profile and organization workspace
- Delete leads, calls, settings, and associated records tied to your account
- Revoke stored Facebook connection tokens for your workspace
- Disconnect webhook subscriptions for Pages linked to your account where applicable
Backup copies may persist for a limited retention window (typically up to 30 days) before being purged from active systems.
Option 2 — Disconnect Facebook only
If you want to stop sharing Facebook/Meta data but keep your AI Social Agent account:
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Go to Connect Facebook (https://ai-social-agent-client.vercel.app/vn/dashboard/integrations/facebook)
- Click Disconnect, or remove individual Pages under Manage Pages
This will:
- Delete stored Page access tokens for the disconnected Page(s)
- Unsubscribe those Pages from our leadgen, Messenger, and feed webhooks
- Stop new Facebook lead imports for those Pages
Historical leads already imported may remain until you delete them or delete your full account.
Option 3 — Email deletion request
If you cannot access your account, email us at seleneratech@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- Your company/workspace name (if known)
- Whether you want full account deletion or Facebook data removal only
We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Facebook / Meta data deletion callback
When a user removes our app from their Facebook account or requests data deletion through Meta, Meta may send a signed deletion request to our platform. Upon receiving a valid Meta data deletion callback, we delete the Facebook connection, Page tokens, and associated imported data for that Facebook user ID within our systems, consistent with Meta Platform requirements.

Google data (future)
If Google Sign-In or Google API integrations are enabled in the future, users will be able to revoke access from their Google Account permissions page. We will honor Google user data deletion requirements and update this page with any product-specific steps before launch.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited information when required to:
- Comply with legal obligations (for example tax or fraud prevention records)
- Resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
- Maintain security logs for a short period
Retained data is restricted and not used for marketing.
